Over-current (108–125%), over-voltage (115–130%), and over-temperature (110°C Tc) protection with remote sense for accurate point-of-load regulation. Full protection without compromising responsiveness.
Remote On/Off Control
PC pin supports both positive and negative logic. Logic High (+3.0V to +6.5V) enables; Logic Low (0V to +1.0V) shuts down. Enables clean power sequencing in multi-rail designs without external sequencer ICs.
4.50M Hours MTBF
Bellcore TR-332 Issue 6 verified at GB/25°C (U3248050abcd-20XXX). Multi-layer single-sided PCB reduces solder joint count — addressing the leading causes of DC/DC converter field failures at the design level.
